MY MATJIES MEMORY – CALLING ALL FANS TO SIGN UP!

To visit Matjiesfontein is to take a step back in time; we’re taking a trip down memory lane and are calling on you to help us complete the My Matjies Memory yearbook and showreel! We’ll fill the photobook and showreel with your memoirs so that this charming town can tell its own story.

COMPETITION CLOSED.

Send us your Matjies memory via an old or current photo or video clip with the date it was taken and stand a chance to win a 2-night stay for 2 (breakfast and dinner included) at the Lord Milner Hotel. Two of these amazing prizes are up for grabs; 1 for a photo entry and 1 for a video entry.

Please see the entry requirements below – ALL STEPS BELOW MUST BE COMPLETED to be eligible for the prize:

STEP 1: Email a copy of your Matjiesfontein memory in Jpeg, Tiff OR video format (approx. 15 seconds, in as high resolution as possible) with the date it was taken to marketing@lordmilnerhotel.co.za and provide your name, surname and Instagram handle (if you have one) in your email. Use the subject line: My Matjiesfontein.

STEP 2: Post your entry submission (photo or video) on Facebook OR Instagram and tag Matjiesfontein and use the hashtags: #mymatjiesfontein and #lordmilnerhotel.
If you posted to Facebook, like our Facebook page.
If you posted on Instagram, give us a follow.

STEP 3: Keep an eye out for our showreel of My Matjiesfontein through the ages!
